Green or Blue - Whiskey and Ashes
So, I recently landed my first drum endorsement with TRX Cymbals. Its such a dream come true. It’s been 8 years and I never thought it would come this far. Thank YOU for everyone who believes in me and supports me with all I do. In honor to show you guys the cymbals, I wanted to do a song that means a lot to me. One of the first songs I wrote with the band that I’m in, Green or Blue. Such an honor to be part of this band and to play music with Matt and Ben. Such nice and talented guys. Again, thank you to everyone who watches these videos and supports all I do with this. I’m not well-known as all the other drummers on youtube but it’s such an awesome feeling to read all of your comments :) Again, thank you. Talk to you soon.

Summer/Green or Blue/World Trade Center Race
For me, school started last week but, for the most part everyone goes back this week. It’s been a great weekend and tonight I just hung out with my family and thought about the summer and what I did. I could not have asked for a better one. Between music and hanging out with family and friends, it was awesome. It kicked off in a good why by receiving a text from Matt asking me to help out Green or Blue for a show in July. After that we became friends and our musical input on things and just the way we jammed at practice clicked and now I’m officially a member of Green or Blue and if thats not fucking awesome, I don’t know what is. I’ve been looking to play in a band where the members want to play music for the love of it and Ben and Matt are some of the most talented musicians I know and It’s such a privilege to be in this band. Besides that this summer was awesome. Got to hang out and get closer with my friends and I realized who I need in my life. I worked to save money played a few shows and I ran a marathon for all the people involved in 9/11. My dad was one of the first responders in the NYPD on that day. He is a hero in my eyes and most importantly, my dad. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t be the man I am today. I ran the race for him, with him, and crossed the finish line with him at a time of 28:45 finishing 202 & 203 out of 700 racers. Just to be there and seeing everyone join together and remember loved ones lost on that day was emotional but an amazing experience.
The summer started and ended off on a good note. Now it’s time to focus on my last year of college, and start recording with Green or Blue for the next EP/Album. Looking forward to everything thats going on.
